Issue: HTTP 405 Error: "Method Not Allowed" when making the /vedauth/authorize/oauth API call

Summary: 

When making any /vedauth API calls, the server returns

Error - 405.0 - Method Not Allowed

Details: 

The Authentication Server feature has not been enabled on that TPP server. 

Resolution: 

Access the TPP server and launch the Venafi Configuration Console. Select Products in the left pane, then find Authentication Server under the Platforms sections in the middle pane. In the actions pane, choose to Create.
