Symptom

When enrolling a certificate with an RSA certificate manager, the following error is displayed at stage 500:

There was no endpoint listening at net.pipe://localhost/cc373e55-6084-446d-878e-092141bc8ea4 that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.

Cause

The RSA CA driver is unable to start the CARsaService process.

Resolution

Ensure that the RSA CA driver is properly installed and the CARsaXuda.dll exists under the ...Venafi\Utilities directory.
