Error: “Unknown Account” when validating Entrust CA connection credential

Symptom:

Error while validating connection credential for Entrust CA object:

Unknown Account – The account identification cannot be found within the Entrust system.

 

Cause:

The certificate used as connection credential for Entrust CA has not been authorized for administration purposes.

 

Resolution:

Contact Entrust and request that the certificate is authorized for administration.
