Error: VeriSign Certificate failure at stage 600 ( Approving CA certificate request)

Versions 6.x and above

Symptom:

Upon renewal of a certificate to the Verisign CA, customer was receiving this error.

Failed to locate Certificate Approval form for the Certificate...

Troubleshooting:

As this is is a Verisign specific error code we logged into the VeriSign MPKI site to look at the status of that certificate.  It showed that the certificate was there and awaiting approval.  

We retried the operation and it was successful the second time.

Cause: 

 This was simple a timing issue.  We haven't given enough time for Versign to allow the certificate to be waiting for approval. 

Resolution: 

We retried the operation, and it worked the second time.
