Error: The Policy Tree is blank

Venafi Trust Protection Platform 14.1

Symptom:

When logging into WebAdmin The Policy Tree will not load upon selection.

Cause:

You may be using an unsupported browser or browser configuration. Version 14.1 supports Internet Explorer 10 and Firefox 10. We have seen this issue with IE 8, 9, 10 and 11.

Even though IE 10 should work fine you may also see the issue if you are viewing the site in Compatibility mode.

Resolution:

Use a supported browser and if you are, try taking it out of Compatibility Mode.
