Accessing Aperture shows a blank white screen

Venafi Encryption Director 14.1 and above

Internet Explorer 8.0

Symptom:

Accessing Aperture show a blank white screen

Cause:

New libraries are used in Aperture that are not available in Internet Explorer 8.0.

Resolution:

Venafi has made a conscience choice to no longer support Internet Explorer 8.0.  Please use one of the following browsers:

Internet Explorer 10.0+
Firefox 10.0+
Chrome any version

Note: If you are seeing the symptom above and are already using one of the supported browsers above, turn off browser compatibility mode to resolve the issue.
