Trust Protection Platform 14.x
When trying to access either WebAdmin or Aperture the server times out with a \r\n. Also, the URL may repeat itself over and over again.
A Web.config file is causing conflict with the other Web.config file and is causing problems with the way IIS directs the user to the site.
- Navigate to [Drive]:\Program Files\Venafi\Web.
- Check to see if there is a "Web.config" file in the root of of the Venafi\Web folder.
- If yes, remove the "Web.config" file.
- Restart IIS.
- Check to see if WebAdmin and Aperture is working properly.
