Error: \r\n When opening WebAdmin or Aperture

Symptoms:

When trying to access either WebAdmin or Aperture the server times out with a \r\n. Also, the URL may repeat itself over and over again.

Cause:

A Web.config file is causing conflict with the other Web.config file and is causing problems with the way IIS directs the user to the site.

Resolution:

1. Navigate to [Drive]:\Program Files\Venafi\Web.
2. Check to see if there is a "Web.config" file in the root of of the Venafi\Web folder.
3. If yes, remove the "Web.config" file.
4. Restart IIS.
5. Check to see if WebAdmin and Aperture is working properly.
