Error: Director Updater has an empty package list

Error:

When running the Director Updater, the package list is empty

Cause:

This can be caused by:

1. Packages not being in the proper "Packages" folder or

2. Insufficient permissions

Solution:

1. Ensure all packages are copied to the <Install Dir>\Packages folder (Install Dir = the folder where Director was installed). Make sure you have sufficient permissions to access the packages and the installation folder.

2. If you are not logged in as the local administrator, Go to Start - Right click on "Director Updater" and select "Run as Administrator"
