The following symptom was seen with Director 5.3.5.
- When logging in to WebAdmin, users can see the appropriate policies and objects. When logging into WinAdmin users can only see a blank Policy tree regardless of their rights. The behavior is the same for any user logging into the system.
- Through WebAmin you may find duplicate objects in the Policy tree. When attempting to delete these objects the following error is displayed:
The database connection was experiencing latency while trying to delete or rename objects.
Close all open connections to the Database, restart the Venafi services and the Admin console.
