Error: Object in error status “Failed to load platform driver”

Symptoms:

Certificate or Application objects show error status:

“Failed to load platform driver”

Saving object setting results in error:

“Save * Settings failed. (DriverDatabaseError)”

Cause:

Database server is out of disk space.

Resolution:

Inspect and free up disk space on the DB server.
