Currently, the easiest way of finding out who your Master Administrators are is to run an entitlement report and to check the box that separates the users by identity.
On that report, any user that has all rights at the root of the policy (/VED) are probably master admins. Theoretically they could have been given all the rights at the root policy without the "master admin" box checked but that is unlikely.
To confirm whether those users have Master Admin permissions, start with that list of users that have all rights at the root and then look at each user from there to see if they have the master admin box checked.
