Error: missing persistent identifier

Symptom: 

When running Venafi Agent version 3.0.2 in Linux, the error missing persistent identifier appears as an Informational message.

Cause: 

Director did not store the agent.guid file in the /etc/venafi/agent directory.

Solution: 

Re-install the agent, using the --start option. This will put the agent.guid identifier in the proper directory
