Issue: Agent scan results missing certificates

Symptom:

Venafi Agent certificate scan results viewed in Director are missing certificates.

The discovered certificates count displayed by the Agent does not match the number of certificates displayed in Director.

Cause:

By default managed certificates are not listed in the Agent scan results.

 

Resolution:

Change the Exclusion settings for the Certificate Module Discovery object. Select and remove the default Exclusion.
