Issue: Unable to check-in with the Product Server, call incomplete, scheduled to recheck at ...

When doing a manual check-in using 'Run Once' mode, the following message is written to the log file:

Unable to check-in with the Product Server, call incomplete, scheduled to recheck at <day> <date> <timestamp>.

This message is informational and can be ignored.

Explanation

When using 'Run Once' mode this message displays because that there was a check to do a Director check-in as well as post discovery results. The agent is not able to finish check-in because not all assignments had completed (the post discovery results, which would need another 'run'), resulting in the message that the agent was, "unable to check-in".
