Error: Communication with the CA has failed 0x80070057

Symptom:

Symptom:

Whey trying to Load the CA template under Options in the CA object you may receive an error:

Communication with the CA has failed, please check the settings before trying again. System error: CCertAdmin::GetCAProperty: The parameter is incorrect. 0x80070057

Cause:

The Service Name under Connection section of the CA object does not match the Service Name of the CA that is being referenced.

Resolution:

1. Go to your Certificate Authority server
2. Open the Certification Authority management console 
3. Enter the Certification Authority Name into the Service Name field of the CA object
4. You should now be able to click Load and select the template drop-down without the error
