Error: VeriSign Certificate Renewal fails with error "0x30c5"

Symptom:

A VeriSign certificate renewal fails when attempting to post a CSR with VeriSign Error Code: 0x30c5.

Cause:

Certificate request contains a domain name that does not belong to the Managed PKIaccount defined in the VeriSign Certificate Authority (CA) template.

Resolution:

Add the domain to the Managed PKIaccount that Venafi Director uses or use an account that the domain belongs to for the CA template.
