DigiCert Certificate Authorities

Symptom:

When clicking validate on the DigiCert CA template object or trying to renew a certificate I get the error message:

Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: <. Path '', line 0, position 0.

Cause:

When the driver attempts to connect to the CA it will actually be redirected to a proxy error which the driver then attempts to parse as if it were a response from the CA.

Resolution:

Correct your proxy or gateway connection to the Certificate Authority you are trying to connect to.
