Summary
The Venafi Server logs very rich information regarding clients/agents registering and authenticating with the Venafi Server. If you are seeing any of the following events, further investigation is warranted for the health of a particular agent or the Venafi Server.

| 2424896 | VOC Error | An Agent/Client attempted to initiate communication with the Venafi Server, but encountered an error in validating the Venafi Operational Certificate that the Venafi Server is using in IIS. |
| 2424881 | User Registration Database Error | The Venafi Server encountered a database error when attempting to register a new agent/client. |
| 2424878 | Database Update Error (Trusted Client) | A client/agent checked in and sent new information about the system it is installed on, but the Venafi Server experienced an error when attempting to store the update. |
| 2424873 | Session Processing Exception | A client/agent attempted to communicate with the Venafi Server but an unexpected exception was encountered that prevented the session from occurring successfully. |
| 2424872 | Client Failed Authentication | A client/agent attempted to authenticate to the Venafi Server, but failed authentication due to bad rolling code. |
| 2424871 | Client Not Found | A client/agent attempted to authenticate to the Venafi Server, but the account could not be located in the Venafi Server database. |
