CA Template Doesn't Use a Specified Engine when Validating or Retrieving

Summary:

When setting up a CA template and clicking on the Validate or Retrieve button, it will not use any specific engines specified in the policy

More Info:

Retrieving templates happens synchronously in IIS. So configure the CA template object by logging in to webadmin on the server that does have access to the CA. Configuring the template object is not done via the ToDo system and so does not benefit from engine processing restrictions. This is by design
