Symptom
The VCC (Venafi Configuration Console) will show [No connection to localhost]. Could not create API connection, Failed to refresh access token: BadRequest.
Cause
VCC is unable to authenticate to the specific API integration.
Resolution:
This issue can usually be resolved by running the TPP Configuration tool in the command line with the -enablemmc option.
C:\Program Files\Venafi\Platform\TppConfiguration.exe -enablemmc
Use Local Master Admin to authenticate.
