Summary:

When running the installer on Windows Server 2022  or newer, you will receive an error message like the following:

The program or feature "\??\C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\A2F4F2BD07193F6490DA9AB90BEDA0BC4C584D22\vc_redist.x64.exe" cannot start or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit versions of Windows.  Please contact the software vendor to ask if  a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available

Resolution:

Download the latest version of the vc_redis.x64.exe from Microsoft and install this first, then move on to installing the AEC package

Our installer has an older version of the Visual C++ Redistributable that does not work with Windows Server 2022 and so the upgraded version is needed in order to run AEC
