Summary:

The UI session when logged into the Venafi Control pane will periodically log you out and you may have to log in again.

The timeout setting for the Venafi Control Plane is set for 30 mins and then your session will timeout and require reauthentication.

It is best practice to use SSO (single sign-on) to login to the Venafi Control Plane.  Single Sign-On will connect back to the IDP and automatically refresh the token so that users do not need to reauthenticate.
