What has changed? Venafi and CyberArk still will help you with your product just like before the acquisition. The access to Support and the Support process have not changed.
When can we expect systems or access to start changing? Both teams are working together to develop and finalize the integration plan, prioritizing the continuity and availability of the same quality service you have come to expect. We will announce any changes separately and will provide suffiucient notice for you to make necessary preparations
I maintain both products for my company. Do I need to do anything differently? No, please continue working with both CyberArk and Venafi Support teams like you did pre-acquisition.
