These are the steps you will take to get downloads from https://download.venafi.com when you need to get the latest patch or major release.
1. First navigate in your browser to https://download.venafi.com
From here you will sign in using your training/support credentials. 
2. Once you are logged in you will see the Download root directory showing your company folder, and Trust Protection Platform. Select Trust Protection Platform. 
From this folder you see the folders current and previous.
Current has the latest release.
Previous has all other releases as well as minor version patches.
