Issue: Certificates on Netscaler stored in sub-folders are not discovered, nor can certificates be provisioned to sub-folders.

All versions of Venafi TPP up to 18.4 (at least)

Symptom

A discovery scan on a NetScaler device does not traverse the full directory of sub-folders, thus potentially missing several certificates and keys.

Additionally, if you attempt to provision a certificate to a sub-folder, this does not work, for the same reason

Cause

This is not currently a supported discovery scan - that is, the code has not been written to perform this functionality. The code was never designed to scan sub-folders either for discovery or provisioning.

Resolution

None at this time. This has been submitted to product / development to add to a future product release. No specific release has yet been mentioned.
