Symptom:
After installing TPP the websites are not installed.
VCC shows IIS Not Installed for multiple components.
Cause:
Microsoft URL Rewrite module is not installed on the TPP server.
Resolution:
Install the required version of Microsoft URL Rewrite module for your version of TPP you are installing, at the time of writing this article the current version of TPP is 19.1, for this rewrite module 2.1 is needed
