Issue: Aperture hangs first time you log in

Symptom

The first time you launch Aperture in the morning (the amount of idle time has yet to be determined), it hangs with the ellipses moving. A HAR capture shows nothing - that is, the browser is doing nothing, waiting for nothing, but the login screen never shows up.

A refresh of the screen will launch Aperture just fine, and it is usually fine for the rest of the day.

Cause

Unknown. This has been logged as a bug with the 19.1 release of Venafi's Trust Protection Platform.

Resolution

None at this time. Please refresh the page and it should launch correctly.
