All Venafi Trust Protection Platform with Venafi End User Portal 17.2 and above
When logging into the User Portal, the client receives a 404 error. The displayed error reads: "This page could not be loaded" (See screenshot below)
1. A TPP server with the User Portal was updated from version 17.1.x (May apply to other versions, 17.1 was used to test.)
2. Some files from the old user portal are still being used with the updated Venafi version. These files will cause a 404 error and result in the error screen above.
1. Uninstall the User Portal to remove all outdated files.
2. Install the new User Portal to the machine.
