Venafi Open-Source products are supported like most Open-Source solutions. This means that in most cases support is received by logging your issue on GitHub directly under the product. These solutions receive community and best effort Support.
If you have purchased Venafi or Jetstack products you can come directly to Venafi support to get assistance with an issue. We will make sure we gather proper information and work directly with our internal teams to get you help.

If you contact Venafi’s Enterprise Support for one of these Open-Source solutions, they will either direct you to GitHub for support or, if you have purchased Venafi products they can assist you in getting your issue corrected by reporting the issue to the appropriate support and Engineering teams.
