VCC: Domain Controllers and Global Catalog configuration doesn't save correctly after Disabling Rediscovery for This Platform option.

Symptom: 

After re-running the AD Connector Wizard to Disable Rediscovery for This Platform, the Domain Controller and Global Catalog configuration does not get enforced. Viewing the Identity Driver in Identity Tree shows all DC's and GC's present, not the selected ones. 

Cause:

When the TPP service is running, the configuration can get over-written. 

Resolution: 

Before re-running the AD Connector wizard, stop the Venafi Trust Protection Platform service.
