Summary:
Customers will sometimes need to create an online account to access certain parts of Venafi's online support features. This can be done online quickly and easily. Customers will also need to create their own account to start this process.

- Go to https://success.venafi.com/signin/register
- Fill out the required fields
- Once you've created the account, please request any additional access required through support@venafi.com
Please note that some areas of Venafi support will require you to have your company registered with Venafi!
